About us
The Northstar Eagles Basketball is a program for boys and girls aged 5 - 12 and serving Montreal's Southwest region and surrounding. We introduce young children to the basics of basketball while increasing their skill level. We are believers that supporting young children through the art of Basketball development can have a positive impact on their mental health, as well as their social and emotional well-being.
The Northstar Eagles pride ourselves on commitment and dedication to the youths we serve. We are presently offering a Basketball and Social Development program, where players will have the opportunity to form relationships with one another, and to improve on their self- esteem and confidence through social-emotional activities while learning the game of Basketball through skills and game development.

What we teach at
Northstar Eagles Basketball
Outside of basketball we also focus on teaching the children life skills such as respect, confidence, teamwork and social and emotional skills to help grow off the court and in the classroom.
From dribbling and shooting to passing and defense, our tailored drills and exercises focus on building a strong foundation for success in the game. Through structured practice sessions and individualized attention, we help players develop their technique, agility, coordination, and basketball IQ.
We create a supportive and inclusive environment where players can develop strong interpersonal skills and learn how to effectively communicate, collaborate, and problem-solve both on and off the court.
Our experienced coaches guide players through drills and exercises designed to improve communication, cooperation, and coordination.
We focus on fostering a sense of unity, collaboration, and trust among teammates.
